Hello! My name is Dr. Elizabeth Anderson. I'm a Licensed Clinical Psychologist passionate about helping clients in their journey of personal growth, insight, and change. I view a trusting relationship with my clients as the most important factor in positive therapeutic success. I'm very patient and careful to listen to the needs of my clients, thus facilitating a safe haven to fully express their thoughts, feelings, and struggles. My approach to therapy is integrative to match interventions to unique client needs.
I provide individual therapy services to diverse adult populations. I completed my Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology at Regent University. I completed my internship at the Southern Louisiana Internship Consortium. Both my graduate and internship programs were APA-accredited, where I received excellent education and training in assessing and treating a variety of psychological conditions.
On a more personal note, I hail from South Africa, and I'm bilingual in English and Afrikaans. I'm an avid international traveler and enjoy hiking, tennis, outdoor activities, and vacations to beautiful beach locations.
